Pick and Ship frozen and cryopreserved grafts ensuring accuracy of contents and that the correct validated shipper is used each time. Ensure accuracy of documented information that is required with each shipment. Work in accordance with AATB, FDA and ISO standards.
Monday- Friday 9:00-5:00pm and after hours On Call schedule.

This position is not only responsible for hands-on training delivery but also for the strategic planning and continuous improvement of training methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.This Training Supervisor will oversee and manage the performance of the other trainers within the call center to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
