Performs and documents daily, weekly, and monthly environmental monitoring activities within a strict ISO Class clean room environment in accordance with MTF procedure and Work Instructions, applicable US FDA regulations, Australian TGA Regulations, AATB Standards and other applicable governmental regulations. Environmental sampling results are used to determine clean room are operating in accordance to written specifications and determining the final release of processed tissues/devices. Environmental sampling is extremely time sensitive due to the biologic nature of the samples obtained. Develops technical raw material specifications for assessing and approving incoming supplies and materials used for the aseptic processing and testing. Performs technical review and approval of certificates of conformance for critical incoming processing supplies, laboratories supplies and materials to ensure compliance to established specifications. Packages, documents, and ships required samples to internal and external laboratories for testing. Interfaces with external calibration vendors to schedule visits and maintain calibration records to comply with MTF policy and regulatory requirements. Schedules and packages equipment to be sent off site for calibrations and maintenance. Manages the paper as well as the electronic database records in Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management (BRAM) system.

Process Technicians are required to work with potential biologic hazardous tissue/waste. In addition, the Process Technician will be responsible to work independently as well as in a team environment in the operations value chain in a 24/7 operation. This position may require mandatory overtime to meet business needs which include the scheduled workday as well as weekends and holidays.

Coordinates and directs the sales activities of a group of Wound Care Consultants. Collaborates with and assists independent sales agents in their respective territories within the region as needed. - The Associate Wound Care Consultant primary responsibility is selling, promoting and servicing assigned products to current and prospective customers to achieve organizational goals in an assigned territory. The AWCC will also work closely with adjacent Wound Care Consultants in their territories in a support role. Duties include but are not limited to: case coverage, educational presentation assistance, inservice assistance and coverage, and cold calls.
The Packaging & Labeling technician performs assembly, labeling and packaging of all finished good tissue destined for distribution. Provide customer service to both internal and external customers. Participate in physical inventory of all labeled and unlabeled tissue in quarantine status. Monitor inventory levels of supplies using FIFO and Kanban systems in the package and labeling area; request replenishment of supplies on an as needed basis.
The Clinical Research Study Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of human clinical studies and for the monitoring and reporting of clinical study progress and results at designated clinical study sites.
The primary responsibility of this role includes managing customer calls, which range from simple to complex, across a wide spectrum of topics, as well as processing orders via phone, , email or fax, including providing order status updates and shipment confirmations. Customer Service Representatives must excel at cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally with business partners, to ensure that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and customer issues are resolved promptly and appropriately. The individual must comply with all ISO, AATB, & FDA requirements pertaining to the Customer Service Representative role.

The Organ Placement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all activities related to allocating and utilizing human organs from donors for medical research. Must possess first-hand knowledge and experience in performing organ allocation for transplantation to perform medical-criteria screening, organ allocation and placement, coordination of operating room surgical recovery time with organreadiness, organ transportation and travel logistics, communication and documentation. Must be able to maintain criticalthinking in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and executing time sensitive tasks for multiple organ donorssimultaneously. Follows cases through various phases of the donation process during business and non-business hoursincluding weekends and holidays. Serves as a representative of IIAM and MTF Biologics, communicating with variousorganizations including Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), research entities, and other key individuals and groupsin a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Supervise QC Technicians and QC Calibration Technicians in the performance of daily Quality Control functions. This includes ensuring the
daily, weekly, and monthly quality functions are completed for environmental monitoring, microbiological sample preparation, incoming
material inspections and nonconformance activities. Ensures that all related tasks and inspections are performed as per MTF procedures and
applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position will oversee the scheduling of quarterly and interim calibrations and
maintenance for Processing and laboratory equipment as well as monitoring the Blue Mountain Calibration Electronic System. Acts as the
subject matter expert for Quality Control activities and projects
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. This role will serve to maximize space utilization as defined by operating KOIs. This position will control/isolate non-conforming product as defined by local work instructions and in conformance with client expectations and quality standards. The Inventory Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product mix, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.

The Functional Administrator will collaborate with business functional contacts within each facility assuring the Laboratory's reports and data are accurate. This includes correlating a tracking schematic for all parameters tested within the laboratory database using queries and statistical trending. They will collaborate with the IT administrator to develop necessary change controls. They will configure LIMS workflows in the development, validation and production environments as is necessary and defined in the change controls. They will be responsible for writing SQL scripts to query data within the folder structure of the LIMS.

Technician performs aseptic tissue recovery according to established guidelines and procedures. Responsible for performing all tissue recovery activities with other personnel according to locally established protocols and policies. Is able to aseptically recover or assist with the recovery of postmortem tissues including bone, connective tissue, heart, veins, and skin. Promotes and supports donation, functions in the role as back table &/or dissector, as a Tech III. Collaborates with Recovery Coordinator to provide training of recovery. Become proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of tissue banking.
Responsible for supporting R&D activities by conducting experiments related to packaging development, desigining packaging, preparing different allograft tissue forms based on protocols or SOPs, preparing test samples, developing and executing test protocols, and analyzing experimental data. Maintains a safe lab environment by following universal precautions and R&D lab SOPs.

Responsible for the aseptic transfer of all materials, supplies and donors to ensure a safe and effective process of all tissue forms for all of Edison and Jessup Processing operations.
Responsible to maintain an efficient flow of sterilized supplies, materials, tooling, equipment for core production activities. Also, perform logistical functions to enhance the flow of production activities outside of sterilized supplies. Perform and maintain a SS workplace organization inside the core processing areas.
Coordinate the sanitization/disinfection cleaning of non sterile areas. Maintain and support all Processing/BU
supplies/materials to support production activities. Perform inventory management functions of sterile and non-sterile garments and scrubs.

The Organ Placement Specialist (OPS) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of organ transplantation including contacting recipients for wellness checks, through organ implantation at the transplant center facility during business and non-business hours including weekends and holidays. Acts as a liaison between our transplant center partners and various organizations including but not limited to OPOs, HLA staff, Operating room staff and medical transportation companies.
Manages all allograft business (average $15 million) in assigned territory by maintaining and growing sales through the development of strong business relationships with key MTF hospitals, clinics, and physicians, establishes an effective working relationship with all MTF Business Partner�??s field staff in their territory and is responsible for client sales contracts in their territory.
