The Assistant General Counsel will provide support to the General Counsel in protecting the organization's legal interests. The Assistant General Counsel identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts key documents, presents clear recommendations and assures legal compliance. This position will be responsible for reviewing, editing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements including but not limited to sponsored research agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, commercial supply/vendor agreements, software and other commercial licensing agreements.
