Overview

The Executive Territory & Team Manager - Specialized Partnering Advanced Reconstructive Care (SPARC)  is a hybrid sales and leadership role responsible for driving growth within an assigned territory while leading, coaching, and developing a team of SPARC Wound care Specialists. This individual maintains direct responsibility for key customer relationships and revenue growth while providing field leadership, performance management, and strategic direction to the team.
Working closely with Soft Tissue Reconstruction & Advanced Wound Repair (STAR) Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, and other cross-functional partners, the Executive Territory & Team Manager will help accelerate adoption of the SPARC wound care portfolio, expand account penetration, identify new business opportunities, and ensure effective execution of organizational priorities.

 

Salary $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Analyze territory and team performance to identify the highest-growth opportunities, then develop targeted account strategies and allocate field resources where they can have the greatest impact.
  • Partner closely with SPARC Wound Care Specialists, STAR representatives, Marketing, Professional Education, and other cross­functional teams to coordinate account strategies, share opportunities, and drive adoption of the wound care portfolio.
  • Respond promptly to customer and team needs, proactively address product, education, or account-support requests, and ensure surgeons, clinicians, and internal partners receive timely follow-up and solutions.
  • Take ownership of individual territory and team performance by consistently monitoring results, addressing performance gaps, following through on commitments, and ensuring established sales goals and expectations are met.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, remove barriers to product adoption, and mobilize the appropriate internal and field resources to move opportunities from initial interest to active utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of Education and/or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5 Years Med Device Sales Experience (wound care experience a +)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of successful medical device, biologics, wound care, or related sales exp
