Overview

The Associate Product Manager, STAR Franchise, provides support in the planning and execution of marketing activities that align with strategic goals. The role focuses on gathering market and customer insights, supporting product positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement across the STAR Franchise portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • The Associate Product Manager helps in executing marketing plans for assigned products, including support for product positioning, branding, and messaging.
  • Contribute in the preparation of product performance updates and recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Track trends and report actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Gather input from sales reps, KOLs, and customer interactions to support marketing research efforts.
  • Develop surveys and analyze feedback to improve product strategy.
  • Coordinate in the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
  • Manage review processes and track material effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Education, Research & Development, and Regulatory teams to support tactical execution and alignment
  • Work closely with Business Development to understand emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for sales team onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Ensure materials are current and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track budget items and ensure adherence to internal processes. Support planning and execution of STAR Franchise participation at conferences and events.
  • Manage logistics, booth materials, and post-event analysis.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization across key online channels

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required with a concentration in marketing, business, or life sciences preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM and analytics platforms.
