The HR Summer Intern will collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development and the Learning Team to support the design and implementation of a comprehensive Mentoring Program for all MTF Biologics employees.

 

Monday through Friday 8:15am to 4:30pm 

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative individual to support the development of training content and the maintenance of training records within our Learning Management System (LMS). This role will also provide essential support for our internal programs, including Mentoring, Co‑Op, and Internship initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and contribute to a positive learning experience. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite is required for creating, organizing, and managing training materials. Because this position involves handling sensitive information, a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate presentation style
